Nutrition Club

My previous post was saying that I went to a shop who's serving milk shake as healthy breakfast. The shop where I am having my milkshake for my breakfast is actually a nutrition club and I saw a quote in the club:
The purpose of the nutrition club is to bring good nutrition to community members. Nutrition club provide a valuable service, informing people about the importance of good nutrition and regular exercise in order to achieve optimum health.






When I first step in to the shop, I actually do not know what they are selling about, so I asked for take away (what a stupid idea lol!) . They told me that I have to eat the breakfast there, they don't do take away.

Can you guess what's they are selling when you first step in?

It's cozy and comfortable.. I love to be there every morning.

I asked what is it? They told me it's a milkshake.. I was like.. "What?! Milk shake can be a breakfast.. I am going to leave.." Somehow, I did not leave the place, may be it's because they are serving me very well and patiently.
AP is the first person who I met, she open the door widely to let me in. She is one of the club owner. She's already 57 years old but she doesn't look like her age, she looks younger than that.
AP and her daughter, Grace. Don't you think that she looks younger than 57 years old, there is a secret behind. I will write it in later part :-)

AP ask me to weight my body, apart from body weight, the scale scan my body fat, body water, muscle mass, physique rating, metabolic rate/age, bone mass and visceral fats too.My body weight was 82.2kg, metabolic age 57 years old (huh... my body is that old!) and visceral fats is 9.

She explain to me all the terminology and help me understand more on my body. She then be my coach for my weight lose programme.

This is me when I first step into the club. I weight 82.2kg! Gosh!






I want to lose weight so badly !








This is me after 2 months, 75.8kg.


I am still losing now as my goal is to lose 27kg at least.










Hopefully, in 6 months time, I can lose at least 20kg :-) Wish me good luck













It's hard to start

Well, it's the first post.. sometimes it hard to start a topic to share...
Obviously, the purpose to write this blog is to keep track of my diary of losing weight.

I am 32 years old, a mother of two. I have a very happy family and I love to cook esp my favourite food... so the consequences... I get fat!

I used to be 79kg after my first pregnancy at 25 years old, went down to 70kg after a year of no breakfast but only lemon juice in the morning.. I feel happy with it... but the things is it's deteriorate my health. I felt so weak and I felt so old. Anyone out there are doing same thing like me??

In order to have better health, I started to eat organic food. I cooked organic vegetable , organic noodles, organic rice..etc etc at home. I used organic oil, organic sugar and salt, organic sauce... you name it.. just to gain back my health and also most importantly... losing weight.

I feel so bad to be obese, I tried so many ways like eating healthy food, waking up very early in the morning just for exercising, on diet, on pills.. NON of them work! My money pocket shrink and yet I am still expanding...

I manage to keep 70kg for few years but I was unable to lose my weight anymore, no matter how hard I tried.. The size just wouldn't drop..

Everyone is nagging at me.. hey Alicia.. you need to lose more weight!! You need to manage yourself.. I was like.. duh.. I am trying hard!

I got even heavier starting from last year... My weight shoot up to 85kg within 10 months.. Gosh..I am huge now..... I felt terrible.. my blood pressure are getting high and all my clothing are tight.. worst.. I can't buy my size in anywhere... :-(

Felt so hopeless...

Yet, the lucky star still fall on me.. I am on weight management 2 months ago.. I dropped by a shop that's selling healthy breakfast.. I asked for a breakfast to take away.. they were shocked and told me that they don't do take away food. They are actually serving healthy milk shake for breakfast and they will coach me if I wanted to lose weight.

I tried it and I love it now..

I will tell you the story in later part and you will know why I am loving it so much!
